I had some time to really read through your recommendations and sample
menu…and it’s awesome work! Thank you so much for taking the time to
analyze my intake, food preferences and weight loss goal to come up with
the plan. I found your recommendations helpful and I really like how you
incorporated many of the foods that I enjoy. Recording my intake in
mydailyplate.com also helps because it adds discipline and accountability
to the process. By the way, I now love almond butter. Yummy.

I’ve already lost 4 pounds and my energy level feels great. The racing went
ok this weekend. I struggled on the River Falls hill each lap, but still
finished. Donaldson went better on Sunday despite the wind (came in 16th)
Anyhow, I really just wanted to say ‘Thank you’ for all your help getting
me started. I’m really motivated, seeing food differently and already
feeling stronger.
