This year, 2006, has been my first year of time trialing. I'm 47, riding a standard road bike with TT bars. My PR on September 6th at Lowes Motor Speedway was 21:53.91. There is no way I could have done this without the coaching of Chad Andrews. "There is no way I could have reached my goals!" He helped me understand that it takes time and patience. Chad told me from the beginning that he had me on a 4-year plan. I have had satisfying results over the course of the last 3 years, but the results in this 3rd year would not have been possible without the base established in the 2 previous years.
