We atTotalCyclist want to know if "You are the TotalCyclist?" Here is how we do it!
All coaching programs begin with an extensive client review that includes a health and background questionnaire. Other available assessments include: VO2 Max/Submax Testing, Strength & Conditioning, Speed/Agility Testing, Flexibility & Nutrition.
After thorough assessment, Per4mance Training Coaches build a customized plan. During this phase, coaches will not only develop an effective training plan, they will also assist athletes in the formation of realistic goals. Factors that are considered: Client’s Perceptions, History, Initial Goals, Physical and Mental Strengths & Weaknesses, Time Constraints and Personal Demands.
Based on the information gathered during assessment and preparation, Per4mance Training coaches will lead their clients in a training program that is specific. Every workout, every event, every race will be approached as a means to reaching the client’s overall objective.
At Per4mance Training we believe success is inevitable, if the coach and the athlete take the time and dedication to assess, prepare, and implement a well developed training plan. Simply put, we do the right things right.
